2. Visiting our website
When you visit the website, our hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare process technical data needed to deliver and protect the service. This may include your IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer, browser, device information and security signals. Our web server access logs are rotated daily and retained for approximately ten days. We use these data to operate the website, diagnose faults and prevent abuse.
3. Contact and emergency forms
The regular form collects your name, email address, optional company and telephone number, and your message. The emergency form collects company, email address, telephone number and message. We use the data only to respond, provide requested services and protect our legal interests. Submissions are delivered directly through our own mail server and are not stored in a website database.
Requests that do not lead to a business relationship are normally deleted within 24 months after the last communication. Records relevant to a contract, accounting or legal claims may be retained for the applicable statutory period, generally up to ten years.
4. reCAPTCHA
Google reCAPTCHA v3 is active on our public pages to protect the forms and infrastructure against fraud and automated abuse. Google may process IP address, browser and device data, interaction and security signals and may set the necessary _GRECAPTCHA cookie. reCAPTCHA is a security function and is not controlled by the optional Analytics choice.
5. Google Analytics
Google Analytics is optional and remains disabled until you select “Accept analytics”. If accepted, it measures page views and interactions, approximate location, device and browser information so that we can improve the website. We do not use it for advertising or personalised marketing. Analytics cookies are limited to a maximum of six months on this website. Event-level data are retained in the Analytics property for two months; aggregated reports may be retained longer. You can withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings; Analytics will then be disabled and its first-party cookies removed.

7. Service providers and transfers abroad
We use providers for hosting, content delivery and security, email delivery, reCAPTCHA and optional audience measurement. These include Cloudflare and Google. They may process data in Switzerland, the European Economic Area, the United States and other locations in which they operate. We use recognised adequacy frameworks, including the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable, and contractual safeguards where required.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also withdraw an Analytics choice at any time. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request.
9. Security and changes
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards. No internet transmission is completely risk-free. We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
